SHIPPING & PICKUP OPTIONS

Here's how it works:

1. Shop & Select Pickup Point: Browse our unique stone pieces and complete your order. During checkout, you'll choose your most convenient pick-up point in AB or BC.
2. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email from us confirming your purchase.
3. Book Your Freight: Once your order is ready for dispatch from our facility in Dasmariñas, Calabarzon, Philippines, we'll send you an "Order Ready" email. This email will include all the necessary dimensions, weight, and our facility's contact details. You'll then use this information to book your shipment and get your ProBill number directly on the carrier's website:

1. Share ProBill Number: Reply to our "Order Ready" email with your ProBill number. We need this to release your order to the freight company.
2. Track & Pickup: Your chosen carrier will provide tracking. Once your item arrives at your selected pick-up point, we'll notify you for collection!
