1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Item: If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not function as intended. We highly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. Please document any damage with clear photos of the packaging and the item itself.
Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, colour, or product).

Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you might change your mind.
